We’re currently recruiting for 10 Direct Sales SME personnel to work from our contact centre in Elland.
Reporting into the contact centre manager, you will be responsible for contacting SME businesses to sell gas, electricity and water contracts, along with additional related services over the phone, contributing to the overall sales targets of the organisation.
We're looking for individuals with a can-do attitude and a willingness to provide a high standard of customer service and a passion for selling. Telesales experience is preferred.

As part of the Orchard team you will have the opportunity to take part in ongoing training and development and will receive regular performance reviews and one-to-ones.
We are an employer of choice in the local area and offer flexible working patterns to suit your needs. The usual office hours will be Monday 8.15am-5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am-4pm.
